I ordered a gift from Priester’s because the site made it look like it would get there in time, but the delivery ended up being disappointing.
The tracking barely updated, and then it showed up late anyway. I had to hurry and find another gift at the last minute, which was frustrating, and there was just something about it that made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.

The pecans were actually really good once they arrived, so I don’t have any complaints about the product itself. I just can’t rate it higher because the shipping wasn’t reliable for me...

I reached out to customer service and just never got a reply. Like… make it make sense. I get things can be busy, but being completely ignored is frustrating honestly.

Tried to place an order. Gave up. Pages were slow, the cart was confusing, and I kept having to tap around just to check basic stuff. Even worse on my phone. Needs to be way easier

The checkout went through in the end, but it felt a bit clunky. Some parts loaded slower than I expected, and I found myself double-checking my info because the instructions weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. Nothing major went wrong, but it could definitely be smoother with faster pages and clearer guidance along the way

To be fair, the item eventually showed up, but it arrived too late to give as the Christmas gift we had planned. It was really disappointing because we were counting on it being there in time for the holiday

I’ll give them credit, they definitely looked like they were going to be crunchy. Unfortunately, the texture was more soft and kind of stale than anything else. Not the worst thing I’ve ever tried, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get them again.

Every time I go in looking for seasonal stuff, it’s already picked over or completely out. After having that happen a few times, I’ve learned not to count on finding it there unless I go super early.

I tried ordering from Priester's because they were advertising a discount, but when I got to checkout, the code wouldn’t work properly. Isn’t the whole point of a promo code to make you more likely to buy, not make you sit there guessing what went wrong?
Maybe there was some tiny fine print I missed, who knows? But it came across as misleading, and after messing with it for a bit, I gave up and ordered somewhere else. Just wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

I ordered a gift tin and was surprised by how tiny the portions were. For the price, I expected a lot more, so it didn’t feel like a good value to me. Kind of a letdown...

I had to return an item, and the actual process wasn’t difficult. The annoying part was how long everything took. A lot of the items seemed really similar, like the same kind of thing in different sizes or packaging. It’s not even about needing a huge catalog, I just wanted a few more flavors or mixed options that actually felt different.

For the prices, I expected a bit more to choose from. I ended up leaving without ordering because it just wasn’t quite what I was hoping to find.
